They will also discuss what the value could be with some minor improvements and the estimated cost of said improvements. Either way you decide to sell, your agent will work together with you every step of the way to get your property in market ready condition. The Comparative Market Analysis will verify both values by comparing your property to like and similar homes that have sold in your neighborhood.
