From start to finish, Tom Nicklow was great! Experienced and great positive attitude, great recommendations on what to do to fix up the place for sale and ways to get it done, great finding comparative sale prices and listing the property, coordinating showings, responding to the offer, and everything else after that. He made us a priority, was available for whatever was needed, promptly answered my many questions, and promptly let us know about all the other important things that happened.
