Everyone wants to know about Lake Minnetonka Real Estate, what Lake Minnetonka Homes are for Sale and what Lake Minnetonka Homes have Sold.
That’s what David Keiski, the Publisher of Lake Minnetonka Navigator Magazine and I discussed when he contacted me a few months ago about writing a monthly column for his magazine. He said your article should be about what’s going on with Lake Minnetonka Real Estate and to put my spin on it. He mentioned that my article would be due on the 20th, for publication the following month. I thought, that’s sounds easy enough. I should be able to find the time to write an article once a month. But what would my spin on Lake Minnetonka Real Estate be? Then it hit me, how about the Fishing Realtor? Fun! I could write about my favorite pastime and tie it in with my 5AM to 9PM job… Bonus!!!
My next step was to grow a beard and hit Amazon to purchase a Greek Fisherman’s hat for my byline photo. After all, every Greek fisherman that I have ever seen has a beard and sports the traditional black cap. Go ahead, Google Greek fisherman images.
Then reality struck… Maybe it would be better said that then March struck, then April, then May. Minnetonka real estate starts to heat up after the Super Bowl is done in early February, by March it’s in full swing and I got busy, real busy… So needless to say, I was not able to write the article for David’s Magazine, but hopefully and if he will have me back, I can start it up this Fall.
As you will see by the attached photo, I still find the time to get out fishing with my friends and clients. We are usually on the lake at sunrise and back in the office by 9:00 AM.
Please contact me if you have any questions on Lake Minnetonka Real Estate and/or if you would like an early morning fishing tour of the lake!
