I have known Tom for years and his knowledge in real estate and construction is outstanding! Tom worked with my father to sell our grandmothers house in 1998. Tom helped me purchase a home in Edina in 1997 and helped me renegotiate the price with the seller that saved thousands of dollars, then Tom sold the Edina house in 2000 for a very nice profit. Tom recently worked for me to purchase land in 2020 in Ely, MN. The whole deal went smooth as glass because of Tom’s knowledge and expertise in real estate.
