Tom was great to work with on the sale of our townhome. His market expertise and construction experience are invaluable. During the pre-sale Tom evaluated our home for repairs and suggested improvements to increase buyer appeal. Tom also helped to provide the resources to get the job done, in order  to expeditiously sell our home. Our house sold the first day on the market!
