We actually found Tom through Zillow while house shopping. He was available whenever we needed him, offered great advice, sure knows his houses and what to look for, and helped us negotiate a good price on our dream home (even with competing bids).
Afterwards, he put us in touch with people who do great work at a reasonable price (painting, etc.). I don’t have to stress about selling the old house when we’re ready, because I can trust Tom to tell what needs to be repaired/redone (affordably), as well as helping us get the best price for it.
My husband and I are huge fans. Oh, AND he’s a really nice, fun guy to work with.
