I was invited to attend a Brokers meeting at the Minneapolis Board of Realtors offices in Edina a few weeks ago to discuss The State of the Greater Twin Cities Real Estate Market. The meeting was conducted by David Arbit, the Director of Research at the Minneapolis Association of Realtors and attended by a number of brokers from around the state.
This was probably the most interesting meeting that I have attended at the Board of Realtors in a very long time. The gist of the meeting was that the Twin Cities real estate market appears to be very strong and there has been substantial yearly increases in our property values since the last recession.
Following is the State of Twin Cities Real Estate Presentation that David used to show where we were, where we currently are today and where we could be headed. It’s an amazing assortment of real estate data, charts and statistics specifically about Twin Cities real estate.
I plan to divide the presentation down into individual charts to discuss in detail on future blog posts and maybe even a Twitter or Facebook post or two…
Feel free to email me your questions or comments.
Enjoy!
